MEET OUR STAFF

Micro Tool  Company has two (2) full-time staff members working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support production efficiency and ensure the timely delivery of every job.  We monitor all Work-In-Progress (WIP) through our ERP system — performing ongoing comparisons referenced to in production schedules.  In the event an issue arises that could impact delivery or quality conformance, we immediately work to achieve a resolution while proactively communicating with the customer  to formulate the best plan of action.

This means you can be confident in Micro Tool Company’s commitment to doing what is best for you at every stage of production. In the event we see a potential challenge on the horizon relating to the delivery of your job, such as materials arriving late, you will be informed immediately.  Our experience tells us the sooner we identify challenges and explore solutions, the sooner we can solve it together!  This solution-based proactive system saves time, money and headaches.
